George Stephens, Jr. (Father) worked for Nobility Homes as a college student. His father was a Master Electrician. He continued to hone the residential construction and remodeling craft for friends and family over the next 40 years even after entering the tobacco industry professionally. His strengths include Carpentry, Electrical, Drywall.

Trey (son) attended the University of North Carolina and received a B.S. in Biology. After spending approximately 7 years in the pharmaceutical industry as a Quality Control Chemist, he decided to forego his formal education to pursue a more hands-on career leaning on the knowledge of his father (George Jr.) and grandfather (George Sr.) before him. Following his career as a Quality Control Chemist, Trey spent 2 years shadowing a North Carolina Licensed Plumber. His strengths include Carpentry and Plumbing.
